PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Please note there may be delays of up to 5 business days during sales, restocks, and new product launches, due to a high volume of orders with our fulfillment team and couriers. We truly appreciate your patience during these busy periods. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Lumi & Luna ships from our warehouse in Pinedale, Wyoming, USA. As a result, US public holidays are observed. Please see below for shipping timeframes applicable to your region. All timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners — once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to control the speed of delivery.
To ensure your order reaches you safely, please nominate a secure delivery location and double-check your mailing address before placing your order. All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave — if you won't be home, we recommend using a parcel locker, PO Box, or a mailing address where you'll be present to accept delivery.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to personal or delivery details. Lumi & Luna is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. Any redirection fees resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout are the customer's sole responsibility.
