This website is operated by BBH Import LLC (doing business as "Lumi & Luna"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lumi & Luna. Lumi & Luna offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy (Faulty items only).
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 7 - ORDER CREATION, CHANGES & CONTRACT
7.1 Order Creation
By submitting an order to Lumi & Luna, you agree to the Terms of Service. Order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Only once you have received a shipping confirmation does it mean Lumi & Luna has accepted and entered into a contract with you. Orders will be charged in USD.
7.2 Order Cancellations and Modifications
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Customers must ensure all details are correct before checkout. As we do not offer "Change of Mind" returns, please review your cart carefully.
7.3 Incorrect Address
If an incorrect delivery address is provided and cannot be updated prior to dispatch, Lumi & Luna is not responsible for any misdelivered or lost parcels. The customer must contact the courier directly for redirection.
SECTION 8 - PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are not available for immediate dispatch. Estimated dispatch timeframes are indicative only. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped in full once the pre-order stock is available.
SECTION 9 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee them. Lumi & Luna is not responsible for losses due to delayed delivery or parcels lost/stolen after delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave.
SECTION 10 - DUTIES & TAXES
Orders delivered outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is returned, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
SECTION 11 - RETURNS & REFUNDS (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)
Lumi & Luna does not accept returns for "Change of Mind".
Due to the nature of our products (skincare and bedding), returns are only accepted if the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
•30-Day Limit: You must report any defect within 30 days of delivery to support@thelumiluna.com.
•Evidence: Clear photos or videos of the defect are required.
•Exclusions: We do not consider fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions as defects.
SECTION 12 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send certain specific submissions (e.g., contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or to pay compensation.
SECTION 13 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 14 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.
