Do markers come with the blanket ?
Yes ! Every blanket comes with a set of 24 permanent, waterproof fabric markers, combined with a machine-washable blanket.
Can I wash the blanket ?
Yes, the fabric itself is machine washable, great for keeping it fresh and clean. Just know that washing won't erase what you've colored: our markers are made to stay put, so your design stays exactly as you made it.
What is the blanket made of and how does it feel ?
A double-layer design : a durable canvas exterior built to hold up to markers and everyday use, with a soft flannel velvet interior in black for extra coziness. Sturdy enough to color on, soft enough to wrap up in afterward.
What if I'm not satisfied ?
Please inspect your blanket as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issue or damage, or if you simply change your mind, contact us at support@thelumiluna.com within 72 hours of delivery.
If your blanket arrives damaged, please do not color or use it. To be eligible for a claim or return, the blanket must remain unused, uncolored, and free from any customer-caused damage.
If you are requesting a return because you have simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with an authorization number and instructions for the next steps. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Blankets that have been colored, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
